When apples are in season you just want to use them in everything. While I was growing up apple cake was always a returning dessert during autumn. I've missed this tradition, so I decided to develop a gluten free version of this amazing cake. Hope you like it!
This is the perfect leftover stew. Use whatever you can find in the kitchen. If you don't have fennel, use leeks or celery. If you don't have dried oregano, use thyme or basil. If you want it spicy, add some fresh chili og chili flakes. It's all up to your imagination. Enjoy!
